Lack of trained management Hostile colleagues in direct team Expected to work 24/7 because of NY / LDN time difference Overall lack of direction and communication from top down I wouldn't recommend working here. In my opinion they are a really bad company to work for with poor HR department and leaders. It is apparent that the company values on diversity and representation are not reflected internally.
