Pros
Not a whole lot of pros. Good work space. Daily lunch. Nice views of the city. Friendly people for the most part.
Cons
Poor salary and no long term benefits. Mediocre people hired. Long term incentive plan never materialized. Don't believe the recruiters they lie that you can work from home twice a week. CEO Eric Huggers conducts town halls at 9am in sf where attendance is required so he can feel good. Good luck getting into the city at that time if you have kids or live far away. Few people can afford to live in the city. The company doesn't really care about employees. The CTO is lives in uk/Europe and has little idea on how things work in the Bay Area.
