Pros

Pros
Nice company. Good potential. Friendly
Cons
Less growth. Had to drive a lot
Pros
-House Calls in a less stressed setting for animals and owners have don't do well with traditional vet visits -Mobile travling and remote work settings -Work environment is not in a clinic with other people only you and the assigned Veterinarian for the day -Driving solo to appointments -Reimbursements but only for mileage and parking garages mainly
Cons
-Severe problem with majorly unqualified individuals working at the Los Angeles headquarters whom admit they don't know what they are doing with zero veterinary experience -Upper management ignores issues, complaints and concerns -Scheduling is a complete mess, you will travel back to back to back appointments with traveling times to locations that do not make sense. They don't account for traffic, parking, peak rush hours, events etc. in areas nor do they care. Several times I have had an appointment in one area at say 10am. the second appointment at 11am. all the way across the other side of the city and than have a late afternoon appointment at the original location I was already in. There is zero efficiency for traveling while doing house calls due to the very poor scheduling done or not done by the administration team. -Issues with vets that have a long history of treating technicians horribly yet they continue to work with them even though they are contractors. -Will cause major stress -Days off and on-call days are NOT clear as they will bother you daily to help cover -The CEO does not care about technicians only about the veterinarians -Meetings are sloppy and unorganized -Drama, drama drama. The personnel at the Los Angeles Headquarters caused nothing but drama talking about everyone behind their backs rather than handling and doing their jobs like professionals. No respect or accountability on their part. Anyone who quit, they blamed it on the former employee's "personal issues". -Claims to give you full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K), I NEVER received my benefits during my whole duration of time of employment after repeatedly requests. -May or may not have Worker's Compensation, no protocol in place, will not file a claim if any employee is hurt on the job, not a priority or acknowledged when injured employees report injuries. -No HR department -Unclear who's job is what and who is who at the LA office where they are suppose to assist other cities like San Francisco with issues. -Inconsistent and inaccurate information input into medical files basic information is missed like dogs are identified as cats and vise versa for example. -Basic information like getting on payroll was a major issue
