      Good work life balance, friendly teams and supportive management in clinic, good benefits and reasonable pay

      Cons

      Higher management can be out of touch with the realities of working in clinic, not always their fault as a lot of them have come from outside the veterinary industry but hard to give feedback. Hard to progress and little chance of career progression
