Pros

Good pay, training and development, exciting and rewarding work. The nights and shifts in general did take their toll though - 15 hours for a night shift. They did pay overtime though if you got stuck at work with a case, unlike most practices. You are encouraged to work things up to a high standard and support is good.

Cons

Working nights is very hard on the body and obviously the hours are unsociable as it's all nights and weekends.
