No work life balance. Timings were from 10am-8pm. No allowances. Very Bad Management. If someone is late more than 3 times a week even by 2-3 minutes, then salary is deducted. Timing were made 10-7 only after few SDEs resigned. Deadline is assigned without asking the developer. No proper PRD discussion. If any doubts are asked by developer, product manager behaves very strangely, even in the case of fresher they expect work to be done at rapid speed without proper support by seniors or colleagues. After completing any project, developers are not invited in project Demo. In this company a Tester is Scrum master who has zero knowledge of code and does no work and he expects every developer to complete work 1 day before deadline and if not done starts screaming in front of everyone. Even if any SDE is on leave due to health issue, calls are made to him regarding completing projects on time. HR department works slower than sloth. They took more than 70 days to provide Full and Final Documents after I resigned, that too even after mailing them 4 times and messaging them. Worst company to work for, few SDE1s SDE2s resigned within 6 months.
