Management, It's like a cult. Everyone back-stabs and is "clique-y". Senior management (entitled trust fund ownership that knows NOTHING about managing people) is constantly nit-picking and asking for information about other employees. If you want your every move and word micro-managed from a boss that spies on you (yes literally) this is your place! I've never been more more frustrated with the level of butt kissing that gets rewarded when real concerns are seen as threats.
