Pay is below average, management is disengaged from everyday employees. Constant bickering about useless stuff. Discord is the official platform for messaging and getting information out.

There aren't any pros. This job is low pay, low moral, and low competence.

Always evening. They pass over qualified employees to hire outside the company. They've been late 4 times making payroll. They don't supply weapons or gear. You have to beg for training. It's awful. Lowest armed pay in the field at 22.50/hr.
