When I work there, the board was family run and they visited each office on a regular basis.
Cons
Remuneration is not competitive. No established career path, feedback provided by management did not have clear metrics on how to succeed. Managers were often promoted into management roles due to being good at their role vs showing leadership skills. No training was provided for these managers to learn how to look after their new teams and lack of accountability for poor behaviour Despite being the largest strata management group in AU, still acted like a small business but just on a larger scale
