      the schedule is the only pro

      Cons

      they micromanage very intensely. They count your business cards, must report numbers to GM morning and end of shift. Managers don’t care about the sales team nor the customers, they only care about the numbers.

      Weekly pay, hybrid work environment

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with requirements of job. Company continues to cut positions and ask more of employees that are left. I am now doing the job of multiple people from multiple departments (and companies!) with no change in compensation or adjustment of expectation of completed duties. In eight years I don't know that I've ever had a real merit based pay increase. Avoid.
