      Nothing good to say about this company besides I liked the people I worked with.

      Cons

      -Sexual Harrassment claims not taken seriously. -They fired about 70% of their sales team last month. -Service is laughable and there is no urgency around getting issues fixed. - Micromanaging at every level.

      Weekly pay, hybrid work environment

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with requirements of job. Company continues to cut positions and ask more of employees that are left. I am now doing the job of multiple people from multiple departments (and companies!) with no change in compensation or adjustment of expectation of completed duties. In eight years I don't know that I've ever had a real merit based pay increase. Avoid.
