I have a genuinely positive experience working at Vestis. The leadership team is supportive and approachable, and there’s a real emphasis on collaboration across departments. I appreciate the work/life balance and encouragement to pursue professional development. The team culture is inclusive, and people genuinely care about doing great work. A supportive, fast-paced workplace where you can make a real impact!

No real cons to note—leadership was transparent, the team was collaborative, and expectations were clear.

Overall the job was easy and I was in two different roles. I enjoyed my coworkers a lot. When I was given direction on what to do for my supervisors and team leads, it was fairly straightforward. I thought the pay was good.

This seems to be a struggling company on their way out of the marketplace because not only did I suffer one round of layoffs but was asked to come back. I experienced another set of layoffs and this one has more permanents attached to it. For that reason this place is probably not a good idea to be because they are doomed to fail.
