Pros
relaxed, social, fun, good pay. One thing that blew me away when I started was Verys' commitment to get me whatever I needed or wanted to do my job. I would make a whisper that I could use a better monitor, or cord, or keyboard. Within a few days Taylor had one on my desk. A lot of companies talk about balancing work and life but Verys is the first I've actually worked at where that has been a real day to day goal with any level of success. You get the evolving and modern environment of a startup without having to worry about your pay check not coming. You won't go wrong working here, its a great place.
Cons
You will likely get hired to fill a specific role on a specific team. If you're on a short term project no big deal. If you get placed on a long term project with one of the huge clients, your sure to be there for a long long time, working on the same thing...maybe you like that, I think a lot of people would find that a con. To me one of the biggest pros is that I get to go from project to project every few months building something new.
