Pros
Some (emphasis on some) of my team members were okay to work with.
Cons
Joined this company under Assembly Brands, which changed to Very Great. But boy was it a VERY BAD experience. With two white, out-of-touch men(boys) at the lead what should anyone expect? There is no process, no organization and definitely no sense of value. The start-up/young culture vibe shows with the immaturity of many employees who lead as directors. Lunch breaks were rare, and lunch was mostly had at my desk if I did take the break. Once, I helped a co-worker with personal business during my lunchtime and was taken aside and told to never do that again. Medical issues which I discussed with my director many times only became a problem at my reviews to put myself and my work down so I could not ask for a raise (when bonus’ were taken away due to founder’s poor planning, not my performance). Products are not tested properly and legal guidelines were ignored. If you are looking for a career or any sort of job, look else where, it’s a revolving door.
