No raises, no promotions (the titles are meaningless), no training, management is letting the company fall apart, management doesn't listen to suggestions, management is not transparent on details that matter (often deflecting questions, comments, or concerns and bringing up things they can spin in a positive light), company says they care about employees but only cares about management and a select few spotlight employees.
