1) Job is not challenging and will not help you obtain a brighter future 2) Pay is insultingly low 3) Disrespect- the company has a history of hiring bad eggs who tend to bring everyone around them down 4) Health and Safety- Often times you travel, having to start at various early points within the day. Some days you wake up at 3 am, some days at 8 am. The constant juggle between hours makes it hard to feel safe when driving.
