Pros
The people are wonderful. Lots of friendly and hard working co-workers.
Cons
Management is a mess. They operate the company on chaos and confusion. Promises are made (new operating system, new company structure...), nothing is delivered. There are promises of growth opportunities, but they just dangle those carrots to keep dissatisfied employees in the building
