      -Smaller company feeling and able to discuss/interact with anyone on the team fairly simply -Progressive and active development team, very helpful with inquiries and questions

      Cons

      -General negatives that come with a smaller team, enhancements are generally put on a backlog as the limited team has to focus primarily on bugs/updates release schedule.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the 12 hour shifts which resulted in me being able to take more days off than normal.

      Cons

      I don't have anything bad to say. Just sorry to see Welltrax was bought out by another company.

      Pros

      Company leadership has great long term vision for the company and is always working to be relevant to the market. Good culture, easy going "work hard play hard" mentality.

      Cons

      Not a lot of training or development, and the benefits are non existent or rough.
