      Wages were above average (depending on position) for the area.

      Cons

      Everything. PTO policy was unflexible. I was not permitted to take time off (scheduled in advance), no roll over options, and no payout options. I was frequently berated and disregarded since I am a woman and a mother. It was a beyond abusive work environment to the extent that I once had a printer thrown at me.

      Pros

      A fantastic, collaborative, team-focused group that was fun to work with. Co-workers and management were supportive and like a family. Our CEO expected a lot from his staff, but it pushed us to meet and exceed expectations.
