      Great autonomy but sometimes overwhelming workload - Field Service Technician Vertiv Employee Review

      Pros

      Complete autonomy. 75 dollars a day per diem. Take home truck allowed for personal use. Able to order parts whenever I need them except for batteries. Can buy tools whenever I want. They hold your hand with troubleshooting.

      Cons

      Get overwhelmed sometimes with work load. Can be hard to schedule service with customers I would work more then others only to find out the previous day before I met with them I worked and they got to chill at home.

      Worst experience of professional career.

      Cons

      Terrible management will contact you on pto days. Not diversity friendly. Does not help disabled employees.
