Toxic work environmrnt, 2 year bond on joining, 3 months notice period so forget that job change is possible, poor appraisal for most of the employees and no discussion before or after rating is given. Expect to work 24/7 365 days with no holidays or weekends. Professionalism is expected from one side that is from you but nothing in return. CEO considers employees as his slaves and openly calls them names such as greedy people, gold diggers, incompetent people etc. or even worse when someone is targeted. They give big hikes to people working on Marketing Automation like in Solution architect roles but most of these people after accepting the offer dont join the company after doing some research about this company from their friends.
