Pros
In my opinion it's a rapidly growing software house that has plenty to offer especially to young and eager people who want to grow with the company. Lots of responsibility for the ones who want to seize it.
Cons
The processes haven't stabilized yet. It's natural when growing but there are problems and pains that bigger companies probably don't have.
