Pros

Some great people that you’ll work alongside, shame they’re all thinking of leaving too

Cons

CEOs have developed a toxic culture of bullying and belittling employees, often publicly in front of peers. Everyone in the company has a story. Extremely inexperienced sales leadership, very ‘fixed mindset’, often leading people with more experience and success than them, weak sales figures are clear evidence. Culture of micromanagement is becoming rooted in the team, there’s no belief in employees to do the right thing or trust that they know how to sell Underfunded product/technology teams mean product is bare bones and won’t last Endless training sessions from enablement/revops that don’t seem to go anywhere

Pros

The culture at Vertice is something I haven't experienced anywhere else. There's a real sense of ownership here. You're not just executing someone else's playbook, you're helping build something. Leadership is accessible, feedback is genuine, and the people around you push you to be better. The growth opportunities are real too. If you show up and deliver, there's a clear path forward and people actively invest in your development. It's the kind of place where your work actually matters and you can see the impact directly.

Cons

Like any high-growth company, things move fast and priorities can shift. If you thrive in structure and predictability, there's an adjustment period - but if you embrace the pace it becomes one of the best parts of the role.
