Pros
Business model has good promise and potential if executed correctly. Decent number of good people working hard.
Cons
Senior management has some good ideas but are a little myopic in scope. Not a lot of creative thinking. One member of senior management is not a particularly good leader and is lacking in terms of honesty, and another is lacking in terms of building relationships with employees.
