      Pros

      Flexible hours as long as you tell them beforehand. Great benefits. No mandatory overtime. Great coworkers. Fun environment. The people make this place great. Smart hardworking employees.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, neglectful, quick to punish, but reluctant to praise. Nepotism makes it hard to advance in the company, make any complaints about the company, and get help from the family for the job at hand.
