      Pros

      Competitive pay, good management, helpful peers, and generally a good amount of overtime.

      Cons

      The year tends to start off somewhat slow. Occasionally there are periods that don't seem busy enough. Difficult to maintain a balance between work and family if doing longer rotations on the road.

      I got to see a ton of the country, make some good money, and work with some of the newest carrier equip at the time, paid travel time was critical to the role

      Cons

      time away from home & family, limited positions to move up, company was bought by another company and the ground fell away quickly thereafter
