Pros
Solid core crew, people who have stuck around over the years. Technology has great foundation and lots of potential.
Cons
Outside of the products team, leadership isn't in touch with the industry, the day-to-day, or the technology itself. Leadership constantly switching directions, not giving anything time to succeed. Too much focus on increasing ARR instead of providing value to customers.
