      Small organization that allows for you to manage multiple disciplines.

      Cons

      The owner of the company meddles in your work. He doesn’t understand the development process, and wants the team to work harder and longer hours (or weekends). Old school mentality, that doesn’t work in today’s culture.

      Pros

      The team is great! All working together to ensure success! No politics. Flat management structure. Sense of accomplishment and being part of something big. Everyone makes a difference!

      Cons

      Management sometimes forgets to let the team know how important and appreciated they are. Acknowledgement of going above and beyond sometimes goes unrecognized.
