Pros
the really appreciate their employees. They have frequent contest, gift giveaways and luncheons.
Cons
Theres minimum room for growth, because its a call center theres a lot of drama. The employees date each other and it's very uncomfortable. The schedule changes constantly and supervisor show favoritism when it comes it issuing vacation and time off.
