ZERO- Toxic Culture. All starts at the Top w/ the CEO & trickles down from there. I am a season professional who was fooled and desperate when I accepted this position. Worst mistake in my professional career. I am writing this post, not out of spite, but so others do not have to endure what 60+ employees that left the company had to go through. Being unemployed was better than working at Vertex.
Cons
Manipulative, Horrible Business Practices, Extremely High Turn Over Rate (big red flag that I missed). There is a reason why so many talented people leave this company= The CEO is horrible to work with. Just read the reviews on Google. All the negative reviews should tell you the story & all the 5 star reviews in 2021 are because CEO bribed the staff w/ cash incentives to "target" individuals to boost up their horrible ratings. Do not fail into the false sense of a "Family Run" atmosphere. They only care about themselves, only a few desperate employees, who would not succeed in the real business world & does nothing for their customers except to take their money.
