      Very unorganized setup. Toxic manager with no vision. They will tell you to do one thing one day and come back to question why it wasn’t done the other way. You will be so confused to the verge not knowing what to do.They will sugar coat it so much during the interview process but once you go it you will be sorry for it

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
