Nice working environment - Scrum Master Vertex Employee Review

- Great work culture, and fruitful work

- Random Layoffs, and slow bureaucracy

- Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

- New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
