      You get to work from home

      Cons

      Management isn't supportive, they do not know the processes and therefore are not able to give proper guidance. They only care about how much work was done, not the quality of work. Salary isn't very competitive

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
