Pros
Excellent work life balance. Work at home and flex time policy. People are friendly and helpful (mostly). CEO is kind of quirky but cool. Good place to work if you are raising kids or have interests outside of work. Most people work hard and are dedicated.
Cons
Extremely strange organizational model. I am not sure the people who created it even understand it. The organizational 'AV' model says one thing but don't believe it. It can be hard to find growth opportunities and you have to have a 'sponsor' that lets you grow. Growing age discrimination (which is weird because there are a lot of older people at the company). Some managers do not focus on quality. They are interested in 'good enough.' Very slow decision making.
