Pros
Truly unparalleled work-life balance. The company culture is great overall. The industry is expanding rapidly. And the Vertex Brand is very well recognized.
Cons
The company may be growing too fast for its own good, some employees are hired without having much work to do and just handed a check. Decision making is a little slow, and things just seem to be disorganized. Hopefully the new Zone-to-Win model will help. But sometimes it feels like no one would notice if I didn’t come in to the office.
