      Pros

      really great culture, everyone is super willing to meet with you and talk about the different departments and give you projects to see if you would enjoy working in that group. the rotation program really helps give you a nice transition into the working world from college with a group that you can work with and go through together.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
