      Pros

      Overall a better company than most. They really do push for a good work-life balance, which is not common these days.

      Cons

      Career pathing leaves a lot to be desired.

      Career pathing is a work in progress and we hope to get there very soon. We like to explain our career development like a series of ladders that might take you across many different parts of the business. Even if a department doesn't have the next step available in your career, another might!

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
