      -Work-life balance -Collaborative work environment -Beautiful/modern new building -CEO/Leadership team takes a genuine interest in the work we are doing -Motivating/encouraging colleagues -Many opportunities for growth -Many opportunities to try out projects from different areas of interest -Growing base of young professionals in the company- -Welcoming to younger talent coming in -Very engaged CEO with very clear visions/hopes for the company -Fellow employees always willing/patient to help teach other employees -Takes genuine interest in training and learning opportunities for all employees -Very culture/values-centric

      Cons

      -Too much need for collaboration leads to elongated decision making processes -Lack of communication among teams that should be working closer together

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
