      Flexible working conditions and work at home policy I left before they move to King of Prussia but hear the new building is beautiful

      Lack of transparency Lack of accountability (at all levels) A culture of middle-management professional meeting goers who don't seem to do much work

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
