      If you get the right manager good company. Pay is is pretty good.

      PI's is overloaded. Pressure is high to get two weeks of work done in 3 days. Insurance is terrible. Outsourcing most jobs to India. You ust use AI, or else

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
