      Pros

      I learned a lot and got a lot of valuable experience. Lots of people there were very nice and cared a lot about you.

      Cons

      Quiet, hard to move up in the space. Lots of old people who were stuck in their ways. Hard for traction to happen.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
