      Pros

      I really enjoy working for Vertas and the only reason I am leaving is for a progressive move. Had the opportunity to do my Level 3 Payroll Administrator Apprenticeship Jo Spencer and Anna Cooksey have been an amazing support along with my fellow Payroll colleagues who I will miss dealry. Close to home Hybrid working Apprenticeships Sick Pay 26 Days Annual Leave

      Nothing negative to add regarding the company, I'd be happy to rejoin in the future if the right position came up.

      Poor place to work, culture of the team is a mess, not based on how good you are at your job it’s who you know and suck up to not who you know. Toxic culture.

      Working at varied sites ( schools libraries, care homes)

      Cons

      Use of own vehicle , not knowing what time you finish, no work day structure. Poor holiday allowance.
