      Pros

      Salary On time Good supporting Co workers Flexible timings Friendly HR people Very good scope for the product business

      Cons

      For developers, much work on update and insert operations in SQL only (Some .net developers don't even use visual studio) Salary ranges are very less when compare to MNC's No one don't know,how the Employee of the year and employee of the month nomination process going on Work pressure will be more for some teams Employees leaving rate is very high (management also don't care about this) Takes bond of 3 years for freshers , 1.5 years for experience (some people)

      Pros

      •An extremely strong company culture with values that are far more than just words on a marketing flyer. •Genuine opportunities for career advancement and low employee turnover rates. Employees have a reason to stay. •Leadership that listens to feedback and acts on it. •A fun and flexible work environment. Most positions are hybrid but the Denver office has plenty of company events and perks for in-office days.

      •Insurance is a timeless industry. Being a technology company in this market means some things move extremely fast, while others move slow.

      Pros

      Good benefits, great culture, great managers, and good work/life balance. Fair opportunity for advancement, although openings for promotion can be limited within smaller locations of the company. Great company for entry level candidates.
