      current technology stack, positive atmosphere amongst developers

      Cons

      pay is low compared to the current IT standard. long working hours. even though you are not required to work overtime, the workload tends to be high so you end up working extra hours to get the job done (you are not paid for the overtime). Bonuses are also low compared to other companies.

      Pros

      Supportive teams and nice working atmosfere. Different kind of interesting projects.

      Cons

      Some of the projects are under the SAP stack, where you need to follow some rules (maybe not a problem for someone).
