If your a Phlebotomist you'll need to be very flexible, a schmoozer. Versiti expects a lot from their employees. If your willing not to have little to no family life, this job is for you. I worked for them 14 years. Working for the Blood Center of Wisconsin was great. Soon after it turned to Versiti things started going down hill. They expected me to give and give some more. Until I couldn't give any more. Things were always changing. You'd had better be flexible.
