Pros
There's not many beyond remote work, but even that is starting to be come a con. Remote work provides excuses to silos and poor onboarding.
Cons
Leadership is disconnected from employees. There are constant changes and shifts in direction that dont amount to being progressive. Feedback goes no where, and theres a real culture of fear when it comes to raising concerns. Good people leave constantly, and if they don't leave they are terminated eventually. Management seems indifferent to the constant turnover. I stayed longer than I should have, hoping things would improve. They didn't. There's a significant gap between how the company presents itself and what it's actually like to work there day-to-day. They set goals without finding a way to connect it to teams. Theres constant ambiguity, and lack of direction. For the third straight year bonus payout is less then 65%. Decisions seem arbitrary and aren't well explained to the people affected by them. I forget that we have a people ops team, because they do nothing to promote the culture, or improve processes. Theres a strong sense of nepotism, favoritism and bias - and a lack of diversity.
