The company trust its employees and does not micro manage office hours. They have a good honor system and team members uphold that trust.

Everyone in the office is not present at the same time most days because of the flexible work hours.

Nothing, unless you enjoy late or no pay, no benefits, horrible management, no ethics and stopping work every few hours so that the rest of the company can pray. They are so racist and exclusive of anyone that isn't Muslim. They treat all other races as inferior. The owners are rude and disrespectful and they hate America!

I could go on and on about the cons that work here. They con their customers, con their employees, their suppliers and sub-contractors.
