Custom equipment, creative design work, lots of good ppl, excellent testing facilities, good location, they make good money and pay good.

They live in a bubble. Not many ppl from other companies. Some organizational things could be streamlined. Engineers shouldn't be expected to send a PO to the vendor. Purchasing should take care of purchasing.

A lot of responsibility right off the bat for even a junior level engineer. Some rather nice people with exceptions here and there such as you will find at any company.

Vbar would benefit from paying their employees more, and being more competitive in flex time and PTO.
