Pros
VersaCall is a small company, there is no bureaucracy to deal with. Answers to issues and direction are prompt, quick and precise. Everyone is encouraged to share their thoughts on any discussion and those thoughts are considered not thrown out. Personnel that have been at the company for multiple years are available to help and share their knowledge. If there is something that you are not proficient in, there is someone that can and will help you. The new management that has taken over is amazing. There is a genuine concern for employees and providing them with the tools needed to succeed. The team building and dynamics are incredible and help considerably on a day to day bases.
Cons
As the company is small, you are required to complete tasks without someone micromanaging you. People coming from a large company with multiple management levels that can oversee or manage worker time, will have a difficult time adjusting at VersaCall. The work can be very seasonal where there are slow times and extremely busy times. As an individual you must have the ability to adjust quickly.
