Family oriented, PTO and holidays great, quarterly company meals (with information regarding the company), generally good coworkers, pretty good benefits.

Starting pay considerably low (especially for manufacturing), lack of communication (mostly between various departments and management, not so much between operators).

Faith-loving community that had many great people to work with. Many food and employee appreciation days which was nice. Had a wellness committee that seemed to care about the well-being of the employees. When there was a lack of work we learned printing and machines which was cool.

Changes in rules were constant towards the end of my being there, all were adjustable just aggravating. I was paid not-so-well for a college degree as well but it was a starting job during covid. It was also a very far drive for me but that's more my problem.
